1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing the BondingKeyz mobile app or using a BondingKeyz service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Service Delivery Policy and applicable safety rules. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract in India.

2. What BondingKeyz provides

BondingKeyz operates a technology marketplace that helps customers discover, chat with and book independent partners for agreed professional companionship services. BondingKeyz provides profile, booking, payment-record and support tools.

BondingKeyz is not a dating, matrimonial, escort, adult, healthcare, nursing, childcare, transport, security or emergency-response provider. Partners are not employees solely because they use the marketplace.

3. Accounts and verification

• Provide complete and accurate account, contact and profile information.
• Keep your password and OTPs confidential and notify us of unauthorised access.
• Use only your own account and do not impersonate another person.
• A verified status reflects checks completed at the time; it is not a guarantee of future conduct.
• BondingKeyz may request additional information for identity, payment, fraud or safety review.

4. Booking terms

A booking identifies the customer, partner, service, date, start time, duration and meeting point. A request is not confirmed until the required status appears in the app. Users must communicate changes through the app and attend at the agreed public location.

The booking must be used only for the listed professional service. Activities outside the confirmed scope are not authorised by BondingKeyz.

5. Pricing and payments

Customers review the final amount before payment. Customer booking payments are one-time transactions processed through Razorpay and may include the service amount, platform fee and applicable taxes. Available payment methods are displayed by Razorpay.

Partners subscribe monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play to accept bookings. Partner subscriptions, renewal and cancellation are governed by the relevant app store in addition to these terms.

Do not make or request off-platform payments. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. User conduct

Users must act lawfully, respectfully and with continuing consent. The following are prohibited:

• harassment, threats, discrimination, stalking, violence or coercion;
• sexual, romantic, dating, matrimonial or escort solicitation;
• illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons or fraudulent activity;
• misuse of another person’s identity, photos, messages or private information;
• off-platform payment demands, payment circumvention or chargeback abuse;
• recording or publishing another person without required consent; and
• attempting to compromise the app, accounts, payment systems or verification process.

7. Additional partner responsibilities

Partners must maintain accurate availability and service information, accept only work they can safely and lawfully perform, arrive on time, respect customer boundaries and complete required verification. Partners are responsible for their own legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

8. Responsibility and limitations

Users are responsible for their decisions, conduct and compliance with the agreed booking. To the extent permitted by law, BondingKeyz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, third-party conduct, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Suspension and termination

BondingKeyz may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate a report, prevent fraud, enforce these terms or comply with law. Users may request account closure through support, subject to retention of records required for disputes, safety, tax or legal compliance.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when services, laws or operational requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published here. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
